LisboA:WESOME SKIPPING!!!
It is said that Barcelona is unofficial European capital of skipping (or "recycling" as they say in Spain) BUT Lisboa´s dumpsters seem to be even more spoiling... Everyday I have fresh bread (well, everynight to be precise) from local Pingo Doce. Big green bin is full of bread, and the bigger one offers loads of fruit, veg and dairy products. And its only local PD branch!
My favorite skipping site though, is health food store called "Celeiro Dieta" located in very centre of Lisbon. Yesterday, for instance, I skipped goji berries, pumpkin seeds, provamel soy milks, loads of vegan sausages and different kinds of tofu. Today I found ready-to-eat chinese noodles, even more tofu sausages and soy yogurts, not mentioning I had to limit my finds, knowing I am not gonna eat that all! And thats just on the right side from entrance to the shop.
Again today, I was skipping with homeless man and was amazed how nice he was to me:
- I am looking for yogurts
- You need to dig in the bottom, he said.
As Uniform Choice sang "Cooperatin is the key!"
My "Lisboa" tima is over, time to travel further north to Bilbao. So that's my goal for tomorrow - exactly 860 kilometers to Bilbao by hitching. So exxxcited about tomorrow, wish me luck...
